We would like to tell you a bit about ourselves, as the Directors of AM Start Agency Pty Ltd we have extensive experience both here and in Ireland in the Aged Care, Disability and Home Care Service industry. We know exactly what we are looking for in staff when we hire them and we only hire the best of the best.  We are dedicated to providing absolute client satisfaction, our prime objective is to provide the most experienced and qualified staff, professionalism and superior service. 

 

We are a relatively new Temporary Labour Hire service based in Perth Western Australia  

and our main focus is to hire staff out to Aged Care Facilities because we have a lot of experience and knowledge in this area. We would like to change how some facilities perceive agency staff.  All our staff have worked in the age care industry and they understand that when we send them to care homes, they need to use their own initiative and that they are there to help and make the day go smoothly for the care staff member on duty.

Our staff will ask questions, they don’t stand around waiting to be told what to do. They use their own initiative and they will make a shift smoother for the care staff member who is with them for the day. It is the Policy of AM Start Agency that all staff have to provide proof of Influenza Vaccination, Covid 19 Vaccination, Manual Handling, National Police Clearance, Hand Hygiene, Certificate III, Registration (Nurses EN & RN). We will drop in from time to time when our staff are in your facility to check in and see if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing, we will be ringing facilities to get feedback when our staff members have finished shifts because we want to make sure the staff are doing their very best when they are representing AM Start Agency.  We want to be the best out there and the Number 1 Agency to call.

 

We understand that temporary staffing can provide great solutions to service providers in the Perth Metropolitan Area who often need flexibility in their workforce.  

We supply a range of staff to service providers throughout Perth, we are dedicated to keeping a portfolio of professional and highly skilled staffing personnel who are able to fill emergency and temporary positions at short notice for a minimum of 4 hours in aged care facilities. We also supply staff for escorted appointment shifts on an hourly rate.
